Das Embodied Vision Lab ist eine Fortbildung für Menschen in Berlin mit Rassismuserfahrungen, in der mit einer Fusion aus vielfältigen künstlerisch-körperbasierten Methoden & Methoden der politischen Bildung und Somatic Justice Practice ganzheitlich und dekolonial zu dem Thema „soziale Gerechtigkeit“ gearbeitet und experimentiert wird.

Wir möchten mit den Impulsen von Somatic social justice ein „Experimentierlabor“ schaffen, und mit diesem holistischen Ansatz Möglichkeiten der individuellen und  kollektiven Transformation eröffnen und ausprobieren können, um Traumata zu heilen, neue Weisen des miteinander in Beziehung gehen, Empathie und kollektive Kraft zu kultivieren und neue Fähigkeiten für soziale Transformation zu verkörpern. Ausgehend davon, dass sich Machtverhältnisse in unsere Körper einschreiben, denken wir hierbei soziale Transformation von und mit dem Körper aus.

The Embodied Vision Lab is a training for people in Berlin with experiences of racism, in which we work and experiment holistically and decolonially on the topic of “social justice” with a fusion of diverse artistic-body-based methods & methods of political education and Somatic Justice Practice.

We want to create an “experimental laboratory” with the impulses of Somatic social justice, and with this holistic approach open up and try out possibilities of individual and collective transformation in order to heal trauma, cultivate new ways of relating to each other, empathy and collective power and embody new skills for social transformation. Starting from the fact that power relations are inscribed in our bodies, we will think social transformation from and with the body.
